Q: When will out of stock items be available?

Q: When will my product(s) ship?

A: We ship every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.  Your order will be processed the day it is placed and shipped on the next shipping day.  For example, if you place your order on Monday or Tuesday, it will be shipped no later than Wednesday.  Our default shipping method is UPSP Priority which takes 2-3 business days.

Please note: We are currently in the process of moving the Fashletics studio which means we are experiencing shipping delays between 1 and 3 days.  This means, for example, if you place an order on Monday it may not ship until Friday (as opposed to the usual Wednesday ship). Please take this into consideration when ordering.  We are doing our best to meet all of our shipping deadlines during this transition.  Thank you for your patience!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Currently shipping outside the US is not available. We are working on upgrading our shipping application in order to bring you better service and rates. Thank you for your patience... LIVE LOVE LIFT will be available world wide again very soon!

Q: What if I need my order faster? Is overnight or express shipping available? Shipping for time! 3..2..1.. GO!

A: Absolutely! Immediate shipping and/or Express Overnight Shipping is always an option. If you need your order shipped immediately please call or email us: shop@fashletics.com or Sarah at 310-508-4186 and we will arrange for your order to arrive at your doorstep the following business day.

Q: Can I return or exchange my order?

A: Our number one goal is customer satisfaction and each item is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you receive your merchandise and decide you would like to return or exchange for any reason please contact us immediately after your package arrives. All exchanges or returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of your order.  Returned or exchanged products must be in new and unused condition and you are responsible for shipping cost back to Fashletics. Please use a trackable shipping method as Fashletics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customized and one-of-a-kind pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.

Q: How do I clean my jewelry?

A: Your bronze and pewter jewelry can be easily polished with a product called Brass-O which is available at most hardware stores, some grocery stores, and on amazon.  Brass-O is a strong cleaner and will have your jewelry looking like new.  For your sterling silver jewelry there are a variety of silver cleaning products. We like silver polishing cloths which are not as messy as a liquid polish and can be used over and over again. They also work on pewter for a light polish.  Use this type of cloth regularly on your jewelry to keep it bright and shiny.  This is great for maintenance!

Q: If something is out of stock, how quickly will the item be renewed?

A: Restocking time varies from item to item.  An estimated restock date will be listed in the product description if possible.  Be sure to become a fan of Fashletics on Facebook. New items and restocked items will always be announced here as soon as they are available.

Q: Can I order a Gift Certificate?

A: We do not offer gift certificates at this time, but we can create a discount codes at any value in place of a gift card. Email info@fashletics.com to request a discount code and we will post the item in the shop for you to purchase.  Your special code will be emailed to you and the recipient of the gift can apply the code at checkout in the form of a coupon.  For example, a $50 Gift Certificate would be gifted in the form of a $50 Off Coupon Code.  Keep in mind that any remaining balance will not be carried over with a discount code, so the full value should be used during the purchase.

Q: What is Fashlete of the Month? How can I submit my story for Fashlete of the Month?

A: "Fashlete of the Month" was created to recognize and celebrate the positive impact that your fitness commitment has had on your life whether it be physical, emotional, or a combination.  If you have a story you would like to share about yourself or someone else please  to submit it to info@fashletics.com.  Your story will be shared on this blog and the chosen "Fashlete" will receive a customized gift from Fashletics.
