Q: When will my product(s) ship?

A: We ship every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.  Your order will be processed the day it is placed and shipped on the next shipping day.  For example, if you place your order on Monday or Tuesday, it will be shipped no later than Wednesday.  Our default shipping method is USPS Priority which usually takes 2-3 business days (but this is not guaranteed by the USPS).  Please note, International orders may take an extra day to process.

 

Q: What if I need my order faster?  Can it be shipped the same day?  Is overnight or express shipping available?

A: Absolutely! Immediate shipping and/or Express Overnight Shipping is always an option at chekcout. If you need your order shipped immediately please email us at shop@fashletics.com and we will arrange for your order to arrive at your doorstep the following business day.

 

Q: Do you have a size chart for apparel?

A. We don't have a size chart for all items but we can tell you the approximate measurements for our apparel items.

Burnout Tanks (length = from top of strap to hem/chest = width across chest). These measurements were taken with the tank laying flat.

Small - Chest 14" across, length: 25"
Medium - Chest 15.5" across, length: 26"
Large - Chest 16.5" across, length: 26"
XL - Chest 18' across, length 26.5"

 

Other Tanks (Very slim/form fitting. They are super soft and very comfortable as long as you don't mind the close fit.)

Small Fits Sizes 2-4 - Chest 32”-34”

Medium Fits Sizes 4-6 - Chest 34”-36”

Large Fits Sizes 8-10 - Chest 36”-38”

Please note that this information is intended to be a guide only, and while we do our best to ensure all of our sizing is consistent, you may find that some styles will vary in size.

Q: How do I clean my jewelry?

A: Your bronze and pewter jewelry can be easily polished with a product called Brass-O which is available at most hardware stores, some grocery stores, and on amazon.  Brass-O is a strong cleaner and will have your jewelry looking like new.  For your sterling silver jewelry there are a variety of silver cleaning products. We like silver polishing cloths which are not as messy as a liquid polish and can be used over and over again. They also work on pewter for a light polish.  Use this type of cloth regularly on your jewelry to keep it bright and shiny.  This is great for maintenance!

 

Q: Can I order a Gift Certificate?

A: We do not offer gift certificates at this time, but we can create a discount code at any value in place of a gift card. Email info@fashletics.com to request a discount code and we will post the item in the shop for you to purchase.  Your special code will be emailed to you and the recipient of the gift can apply the code at checkout in the form of a coupon.  For example, a $50 Gift Certificate would be gifted in the form of a $50 Off Coupon Code.  Keep in mind that any remaining balance will not be carried over with a discount code, so the full value should be used during the purchase.

Q: What is Fashlete of the Month? How can I submit my story for Fashlete of the Month?

A: Fashlete of the Month was created to recognize and celebrate the positive impact that your fitness commitment has had on your life whether it be physical, emotional, or a combination.  If you have a story you would like to share about yourself or someone else please submit it to info@fashletics.com.  Your story will be shared on this blog and the chosen "Fashlete" will receive a customized gift from Fashletics.
