Shipping Schedule US: You will receive an email once your order is processed. All jewelry is hand assembled in our Miami studio so please allow up to 2-3 business days for your items to be completed and shipped. Our default shipping method is USPS
Priority which usually takes 2-3 business days (though this is not guaranteed by the USPS).
International Orders: Please note, International orders may take up to three business days process before they are shipped. You will receive an email once your order is processed. International orders are shipped via USPS International Priority Mail which takes about 6-10 business days. Occasionally International orders may take longer (especially during the holiday season) due to sorting at customs. This is out of our control... please be patient!

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Our number one goal is customer
satisfaction and each item is
carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you receive your
merchandise and decide you would like to return or exchange for any
reason please contact us immediately after your package arrives.
All
exchanges or returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of your
order. Returned or exchanged products must be in new and unused
condition and
you are responsible for shipping cost back to Fashletics®. Please use a
trackable shipping method as Fashletics® is not responsible for lost or
stolen packages. Customized and one-of-a-kind pieces cannot be returned
or exchanged.

include the original receipt and a note indicating what you are
returning/exchanging for (product or refund).
